Tacony Corporation believes that new and upgraded or enhanced products drive both new business and continued current business. Without a focus like this in all of the industries we serve, our dealers and in turn our customers will turn to other companies and products in the future. Therefore, Tacony Corporation has invested in many technologies to make sure we’ve got the most state of the art equipment, programs and current processes in place. There are five distinct groups that focus on the quality of the products we distribute and in development of future products sold nationwide.

Corporate Training Room

These groups are comprised of Quality Assurance, Technical Service, Research and Development, Training and Customer Support. Each group has trained experts to do everything from concepts and the development of new innovative products, to testing new and current
products for the best top notch quality. Also included is diagnosing current product challenges and working with our factories in daily improvements, plus having a group of helpful assistants ready on the phone to answer technical and mechanical questions. We also host various training classes, events, and produce high quality support materials that demonstrate and explain everything from basic installation and how to do's through troubleshooting and frequently asked questions.
